If You Love Your Pets, “PLEASE DON’T TAKE THEM HERE!” I Was Given All Sort Of Jazz Before I Took The Membership Approx 5k for 1 Grooming & 3 Baths. Given The Careless & Laid Back Attitude of Typical Pune Service Staff, I Told The Staff Clearly That NOT To Trim My Pet’s Whiskers And The Acknowledged As If It Was A Rule In Their Book Already. Later I Shocking Find Out Myself That Not Only Did They CHOP The Whiskers BRUTALLY, They Even Had The Audacity To Remove The Eyebrows COMPLETELY. They Did Not Have The Decency To Accept Their Fault Upfront & Were Pretty Casual About This Miss-hap. Staff’s Name Is Akshay & Groomer Mohit. I Am Doing My Part By Sharing My Experience, Rest You Can Visit At Your Own Risk.

I am extremely grateful for everyone at Vetic Aundh for taking really good care of my kitten Raine and bringing him back to health. Dr.Ketki was godsend for us, the way she handled this case, she was confident in her analysis and very thorough, it helped diagnose the virus at early stage. She and Dr.Sanyogita are very caring and made sure to look after him and made him comfortable every step of the way. He was on IV for almost a week during which Paravets Shubham and Rohit were very gentle, they helped my already stressed kitten so much. Special thanks to Sagar and Sachin for making our visits and billing quick and hassle free, for making sure kitten had separate area to wait in, and encouraging his recovery.

I wont be going back here . Giving bath or grooming service is available everywhere but the kind of money they are charging other services like time management, proactive communication, space for accommodating multiple dogs is expected and i didn’t see any of it here . Appointment -11am but started at 12pm Communication- Every time 10more mins Seating area - 5 chairs for human no space for pets Parking - 1 Car (Not for us)
