I had such a great experience at the Heads Up For Tails store in Aundh! The customer service is honestly one of the best parts — the staff is super friendly, helpful, and genuinely takes the time to guide you instead of just trying to sell something. I also really appreciate their in-house brands, especially Sara’s Wholesome Foods and the Meowsi wet food range. The quality is amazing, and my pets absolutely love them. Funny enough, my dogs get way too interested in the Meowsi wet food even though it’s meant for cats, and my cats try to sneak bites of Sara’s food too — so I guess that says a lot about how good it is! Such a lovely store with great products and even better service. Highly recommend for any pet parent.
