Raintree gave my Dabbu a second life. It was the night of Feb 26, 2025 when my 5-yr old Indie suddenly had terrible stomach pain. On call, Dabbu’s vet Dr Pradnya Dhokrikar asked us to immediately take our dog to Raintree Veterinary Hospital. It was midnight but the hospital staff and Dr Palak immediately attended to the concern. Soon senior surgeon Dr Phiroz Khambatta came to the hospital and explained that our dog had mesenteric torsion, a rare condition and survival chances were very slim even after surgery. The surgery lasted a couple of hours and was successful! Post surgery, the team worked relentlessly to ensure Dabbu recovered. The care and love they show for the patients is beyond words. After regular treatment for two months, Dabbu is thriving today and living his best second life. I am grateful to Dr Phiroz, Dr. Palak, Dr. Ashna, Dr Ayati, the all technicians and caretakers and team of Raintree for bringing Dabbu back. Thank you!

I found this little kitten badly injured, she had been run over and was barely hanging on. It was heartbreaking to see her in that state. Thankfully, the kind and compassionate team at Rain Tree immediately took her in and began her treatment. A special shout-out to Dr. Prajakta, whose care, dedication, and gentle hands truly brought her back to life. We named the little one KITTU and with help of the team she has healed and on her way to a second chance at life. So grateful for people who go above and beyond for animals who can’t speak for themselves.

One of the worst vets ..it's only about money for them ..they take deposit ..you give it's 25000 for one night ..they keep your kid ..take all tests. Which are not necessary too ..this way I four days they took 1 lakh ..my kid was same ..no proper update ..no conclusion ..only ask for deposit and do unnecessary tests ..I removed her and took her to pet aid ..Dr Hatekar ..today my kid is much better eating and walking ..I warn all to be careful ..it's a money sucking clinic and yes they blame other vets too ..they put a tube behind to collect urine to show how srs she is ..which was not needed too as she walked and peed perfectly ..I removed the pipe and she peed perfect this is how they do things

I brought my pet to the clinic because he had been suffering from an upset stomach, vomiting, and diarrhea for four days. Despite all tests coming back normal, the doctor recommended IV treatment. After spending 10,500 rs and completing all checkups, my pet’s condition has actually worsened. I have seen 0% improvement; he is still vomiting and has loose motions. It is deeply disappointing to spend this much money only to have my pet's health decline, and it makes me question if the priority was the animal's recovery or the clinic's profit. I visited another clinic this morning they charged Rs 1800/-only and only with 2 injection he is better at least vomiting n diarrhea issue is fixed.

We took our German Shepherd, Toki, to Raintree in a very critical stage after several experienced doctors and pet hospitals recommended them — and I am so grateful we did. Unfortunately, Blue Cross Mundhwa had misdiagnosed Toki’s condition as a sprain, when it was actually leptospirosis with acute jaundice. We lost precious, critical time there. Raintree is extremely methodical in their approach. They ran all the necessary blood tests immediately and have fully equipped in-house facilities — from diagnostics and lab services to dialysis and round-the-clock monitoring. This made a huge difference in how fast and accurately they could treat Toki. Dr. Abhinav and Dr. Anushri tried their absolute best in Toki’s last days. They were with him constantly, monitoring him 24×7, and they did everything possible to save him. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism truly stand out. Raintree treated Toki like their own, and for that we will always be grateful. Had we known about Raintree earlier, we would have brought him here from the very beginning and saved his precious life. Highly recommend Raintree to every pet parent looking for honest, skilled, and deeply caring veterinary treatment.
