Thank you blue cross for quick help and treating the community female dog with excellent care when she needed as her stitches got opened after sterilzation which was done by some other NGO who neutered her and relocated her on road to suffer. Blue cross handled everything so well and now the baby is healthy and safe. Truly grateful 🙏🐶 I genuinely feel Blue cross has very supportive team .. all staff numbers right from the security , OPD , ABC department everyone is very supportive and true animal lover. Place is very clean well maintained which is highly appreciable. God bless you all 🙏🏻

Had a really great experience at blue cross. Took stary dog for treatment and vaccination. Is a very quick great service. Staff and doctor are very gentle. Also hygienic place. Good job. keep it up 👍👍

Recently took our cat to them for neutering and was very pleased with their service. Both check in and check out was done quickly. They are very professional in their work. The place also looks well maintained. Have seen other shelters but this one stands apart. Thank you BC for your excellent service!

I went there a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews here, but it was a wonderful experience. The doctors and every other staff are sweet, patient and truly caring. I brought in my foster kitten, they did a full check up, gave deworming medicine and tri-cat vaccine. They asked me to come back after 15days as both vaccines can’t be given together. I only paid 100 rupees for the whole ordeal. I also enquired about female cat sterilisation as there is a stray in my neighbourhood who keeps getting pregnant. The charge is 1000 rs including post surgery hospitalisation. Very happy with my experience here, to know such a caring organisation exists in Pune, brings hope to people like us trying to take care of the strays. If you’re going, make sure you have time in hand as there is 1-2 hours of waiting.
