Recently I purchased labour puppy from shop ,dog is suffering from multiple disease they even don't know dogs birth date , i am personally suggesting don't purchase dog they are not giving best dogs at time purches just they show dog is active and running because dog is with other puppies by default he is active ,also dog vaccination and deworming not done. Today my 10th day of dog on date of purchase i am personally suggesting before buying any dog or cat from dogs world pleas think twice and please discuss with dr once about is dogs health
This 1 star is the only reason as i do not have an option of minus.. Firstly, i received a call from the pet service and was given all info. When i agreed they were unable to provide me with a representative as his time slots were full( understandable), however the lady i spoke to did not bother to call back and inform. Secondly, when the appointment was booked, there was no sense of time, as the representative arrived after the time slot. Thirdly, the representative was not well equipped with all the instruments for my pets haircut and informed me that he would need to get back to the clinic and get the equipments, which i agreed to, since then there has been no response from the representative or the clinic, and no one answers the call. Pathetic service.
