I had a very disappointing experience at Cheerytails. My dog was attacked by another dog during his stay and suffered a bite injury on his ear. What made things worse was the unsatisfactory response from the management — they didn’t handle the situation with the seriousness or care I expected. It’s clear that safety measures are lacking, and dogs are not properly monitored. Those who genuinely care about their pets’ well-being should think twice before choosing this place.

My cat stayed here for almost a month, and he adjusted so well within just two days. The family took such good care of him, and I was updated every single day. For pet parents who love their pets and feel concerned about leaving them behind, I would highly recommend this place. They truly care for the animals as their own

I’m deeply disappointed and angry with this pet hostel. I had trusted them with my female dog’s care, only to find out she got pregnant during her stay there. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of supervision and basic responsibility. It’s clear that they either mixed unneutered male and female dogs together or failed to monitor them properly. When you run a pet boarding facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of animals is the most basic duty — and they failed miserably. I trusted them to take care of my dog like family, and instead, I’m now dealing with a situation that could have easily been avoided with even a minimum level of care and professionalism. I would strongly advise other pet owners to avoid this place if you truly care about your pet’s safety.

Absolutely pathetic service. Please do not risk your pet’s life by leaving them here. They have 20–30 dogs crammed together in one small area with no proper care or supervision. When I got my Lhasa back, he was completely drenched in pee and reeked of it. He was kept with large dogs who had bitten him badly on the neck. When I confronted the owner, he completely denied any responsibility and casually said, “It happens.” There was zero accountability — they just treat it like a business, not a place of care. All those positive reviews look completely fake — probably AI or ChatGPT generated. I even found another review from just five days ago describing the exact same horrible experience, and I can totally relate. He’ll answer your calls quickly before boarding, but once your pet is with him, he won’t even bother picking up your calls. When I went to collect my dog, he didn’t even remember which one was mine. Absolutely pathetic. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would.
