Very Very bad experience. Dr had diagnosed my dog with flea infection and gave treatment for more then a month but in reality dog was not even suffering from it. Also for no reason he did so many tests on my dog and have charged me more then 7000 unnecessary. Later showed my dog to a government hospital and correct treatment was given and he recovered with in 3-4 days. Also he gave an injection to my dog which has become a big ball like structure on his back. Amazingly over priced. Inshort very bad experience. If you really love your pet then do consider this review. Attaching some bills which was charged to me.

In early September of last year, I was raising a kitten that had been caught in a mouse trap. The cat's hind leg was broken, so she went to a small animal clinic in Pune and received physical therapy such as acupuncture and massage for over 2 months. With the professional treatment of the director and the utmost sincerity of the Madam, it is now possible to walk and exercise little by little. Many thanks to Dr.Narendra and Madam.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Small Animal Clinic located in Sakal Nagar, Pune, with my pet kitten, Pikachu, who was experiencing intense seizures. Upon discussing the issue with my regular veterinarian, I was referred to Dr. Narendra Pardeshi, a highly experienced veterinarian known for his expertise in handling complex cases. One of the key reasons for my vet's recommendation was the clinic's in-house lab facility, which greatly facilitates diagnostic procedures such as body check-ups and blood tests. While it is true that the consultation fees at the Small Animal Clinic may be slightly higher compared to other clinics, standing at 500 per visit, the quality of service and the level of expertise provided by Dr. Narendra make it a worthwhile investment.

Being a brachycephalic breed, our French Bulldog, Kush, has unique respiratory needs that made us extra nervous about surgery. We are so grateful to Dr. Narendra Pardeshi and his team for recommending laparoscopic neutering. Their deep understanding of flat-faced breeds ensured Kush was safe throughout the procedure. She was back to herself the very next day with almost no downtime! Truly the best care for any Frenchie owner. Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Pardeshi’s manner made all the difference for us. He was consistently polite, respectful, and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. His calm, reassuring presence and genuinely uplifting energy put us at ease in a way we hadn’t experienced with other vets before. It felt easy to trust him with Kush, not just as a doctor, but as someone who truly cares for the animals he treats. That sense of comfort and confidence meant everything to us as pet parents.
