I had a tough time with my cat after he underwent surgery at another clinic — heis wound just wasn’t healing properly and I was really stressed. Thankfully, I decided to move him here ,doctor here is extremely helpful, cooperative, and took the time to understand what was going wrong. Since the switch, my cat has been recovering so well and is finally on the mend.
I don’t know what the doctor thinks of himself. He is so rude on the call itself. I was talking to him about my dog’s surgery and instead he was just being plain rude and unsympathetic
Do not ever ever ever take your pet to this Vet. You will end up losing 1 st Your pet and 2nd good amount of money. I have personally experienced and hoping others not to experience the same. He has zero knowledge about anything. Just taking advantage of 24hr services and good infrastructure. Screen shot attached. The charge is for given injection and within 3 hrs my cat died. The same vaccines was costing me 200 inr in rescue center. and 800 Rs for ambulance for cremation of my cat. Rest is your choice.
We recently experienced a heartbreaking loss that we feel should be shared, especially for pet owners seeking emergency care. Our cat had been missing for most of the day and finally returned home around 1 a.m., weak and unwell. At first, we monitored him closely — he didn't eat or drink and later began bleeding slightly, with thinner blood than normal. By 5 a.m., we were extremely worried and rushed him to a 24/7 vet clinic, hoping for urgent care. Unfortunately, there was no doctor on-site at the time. We called the listed number, and doctor guided us to an assistant who reluctantly opened the clinic. He seemed half-asleep and unprepared. When we explained our cat's condition, he told us to weight so we weighed him (2000 grams) and he told us he was dehydrated and needed a drip and injection. We agreed, but what followed was deeply concerning. While preparing our cat for the IV, the assistant trimmed his fur improperly, then used a crude, broken blade — which caused our cat to bleed. Though we were alarmed, we felt we had no choice but to trust the process. After the treatment, we weighed our cat again — now 2150 grams. It was obvious that too much fluid had been given. We still hoped he would pull through, but due to the rough handling, incorrect treatment, and lack of professional care, we lost our beloved cat shortly after. We share this not out of anger, but to urge other pet owners to think carefully before relying on clinics that don’t have qualified staff available during emergencies. Our cat deserved better, and we hope no one else has to go through what we did.
Absolute thieves! We took our kitten to the clinic since she had fever and was suffering. The doctor said its viral and gave her saline plus injections and charged us 2000! Forget about the money the doctor plus staff dont even know how to handle a cat. After getting her home we noticed scratches on her head and ears. Please please please dont take your pets to this clinic. Its a waste.
