PetCetera Small Animal Clinic

My small Milo was admitted here a year ago with severe stomach infection. He was saved by Dr Kavita. their empathy towards me and the love towards my cat was splendid!

A huge thank you to the incredible and dedicated team of doctors at Petcetera. The past three days have been some of the hardest—watching my ever-so-happy and active dog, Pepper, fall unwell was heartbreaking. I didn’t know what the future held for her. But thanks to the accurate diagnosis, the right treatment, and—most importantly—the care and compassion shown by every doctor and attendant at Petcetera, Pepper is back on her feet! WORST...WORST... My persian cat shonu 3 years old, had fever... I got him to petcectra. The doctor said, he has viral fever. Gave him injections, took blood test and oral medications. After 3- 4 days he was given saline. I FELT IT WAS NOT NEEDED... but I believed the doctor. His health deteriorated... stopped eating and drinking water, started drooling. He got blisters on his tongue and in his mouth due to heavy medications and with LOTS OF INJECTIONS and OVER MEDICATIONS THROUGH THE SALINE. His body couldn't take this stress and he even His urine smelt medicines. All this happened in a matter of 7- 8 days. I lost my healthy 🐈 baby who had never been sick in 3 years. I am not even mentioning paying a huge sum of money at every visit... because at the end of the day, as pet parent I want my pet to be healthy and fine. I have seen in here in 7-8 days... doctors just inject loads and loads of INJECTIONs into an animal's body. I wish, "I had let my cat heal with fever on its own." I regret... I regret...

I recently took 2 stray dogs, Tara and Simba (name that these people have given) to this vet, and I had the worst experience. They ran unnecessary blood tests and the doctors seemed clueless about what they were doing. They prescribed high doses of medication, which unfortunately led to the loss of one of the puppies. To make matters worse, they presented me with a bill and then asked for additional payment for tick spray, which was not mentioned earlier. I feel that this clinic is more interested in making money than providing proper care for the animals. If this is how they treat pets, I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. It's clear that they prioritise profits over animal welfare & that's unacceptable.

We have been going here from few years now. My cat luna is 8 year old and has been struggling all his lives with gut issues and recently kidney issues. We brought our cat from another country to pune. At first we tried visiting many other clinics in kalyani and viman and all we saw was doctors being money minded and asking my cat to be put on steroids. My sister took our cat to dr Anjali few years back when my Luna was in critical condition and since then dr anjali has been keeping a close eye on my cat and keeping him healthy and active. I cant even tell y’all how much this doctor has done for us. We are forever grateful to have her in our luna’s life ❤️ i will personally recommend this doctor to every fur parent i meet in pune. If she ask you for blood reports or poop samples pls be patient and keep faith in her because a doctor cant tell u whats wrong with your baby without these reports.
