The service quality is not the same as it was before, every time I asked for the Vet Life dog food, I get the answer it is not available will call you in 1 hr. I never get a call. When I was promised the dog food would be couriered to the said address, it was not couriered for 3-4 days until I inquired. It is still the same till date. Finally moved to other shop.

Biju, Debanjana and Selena at Just dogs needs a special mention. They always take such good care of my baby and r kind and compassionate people who genuinely love dogs and love their job! Very professional and genuinely nice people! Others at the store are also nice and professional. The place is clean and well equipped.

I love your store. Have been a customer for over a decade. Today, I visited. Your lady manager was busy on a customer's call. I waited. There was a male attendant, who was busy. Had to ask for a chair since he was too busy doing his work. Didn't have the courtesy to ask what I wanted, even though I am a senior citizen. Next, I asked for a carry bag. Was told to pay for it even though the store knows it is illegal. I coerced the lady to give it. I hope there are no repucusions on her. Please attend to the service given by the junior staff. The lady was most helpful.
