Extremely caring doctor...Dr. Sumedh. He diagnosed my little kitty accurately and helped me as a new pet owner at every step. So glad I found his guidance and care for my little cat. Thanks a ton I am changing my previous 5-star review to 3 star. As a new pet parent, I initially trusted Dr. Sumedh, but I now feel I need to rewrite Cleo, my female cat, had visible red rashes and skin issues. I followed every medicine protocol prescribed, yet she did not improve. Some problems were detected correctly like her blood work and palate related issues but for her skin problems it was not given appropriate guidance Dr. Sumedh completely missed a fungal infection and, more importantly, failed to detect that her liver was swollen and she had mites as well. The mites caused infection to us as well with skin rashes and itching for which I had to consult a dermatologist.Instead of running proper diagnostics for these serious issues, the advice I received was to "change my floor cleaner (phenyl)." This made no sense as Cleo is rarely on the floor and had no issues for the first three weeks she was with me. I have since taken her elsewhere where her actual medical conditions were identified. I feel my concerns were dismissed with "easy" answers while my cat’s health was at risk. Please be cautious and trust your gut if you feel your pet isn't getting the right care here

Best Doctor, my pet Oscar (beagle) is very friendly to him. Dr. Sumedh's friendly nature works for pets. He knows how to treat any pets. My pet was unable to proper walk due to bone join issue, but both Dr. Prashant and Dr. Sumedh did miracle, so many thanks to both of you and supporting staff. 👍🙏👌👌❤️
