Pet downtown offers cage free boarding and is one of the safe places where you can leave your furry baby when away from home. We left our 8 month old indie Chandler at pet downtown for a week and this was his first boarding experience. When we brought him back home we had to bribe him with treats to get him into car. While he was happy to see us, he had made some great friends and had enjoyed his stay. Anita runs the place and it is very well managed. She gives daily updates about your pet and is extremely caring and loving towards them. This gives us the confidence that our baby will be in safe hands when at Petdowntown.

Pets Downtown is a wonderful place for our Tyson. He really enjoys his time there whenever he visits. We have had him there for a day as well as more than a week and have not faced any issues. Anita ji treats our Tyson with a lot of love and care. Thank you for all the care.

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Petsdowntown LLP and truly feel it’s one of the best boarding places out there. We have left our German Shepherd, Singha, here multiple times now and every single time, he comes back happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. That alone says a lot because Singha genuinely loves this place. One of the biggest things we love about The Petsdowntown is that it is completely cage-free. The dogs get the freedom to move around, play, and relax in a more natural, stress-free environment, which makes a huge difference especially for large breeds like Singha. What really sets this place apart is the heart behind it. The fact that they regularly feed and care for street dogs is extremely commendable and shows how deeply they care about animals beyond just business. Anita, the owner, is a true dog person, very understanding, supportive, and always available to address any concern. You can instantly feel her love and experience with dogs. A special mention to Amjad bhai, who is amazing with the dogs and does his work with so much dedication and patience. We also receive regular video updates, which gives so much peace of mind when you’re away. The environment feels safe, clean, loving, and well managed not like a typical boarding kennel at all. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be treated like family and not locked in cages, this is it.
