Extremely disappointed with this grooming service. They completely mishandled my dog and gave her a ridiculous, uneven haircut that made no sense at all. It was careless, unprofessional, and shows a lack of basic grooming skills. I trusted them with my pet and they failed badly. I will definitely not be coming back and strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. Good for nothing groomer's I request all pet parents please check with the salon and ask for the professional groomer,verify his skills and then handover your pet.. I would request you all pet parents to go to vetic,where there are professionals and good groomer's.. Huft has excuses for not completing the services by saying our pet gets stresses during the sevice or lack of time.. Very very disappointed About a year back pune wanoarie had good groomer's and I was regular with them but since last time the experience was horrible..

Our pet Lab loves this place and its our routine now to come get home gifts for him. They have the best items and are very helpful to suggest what our pet might like the best! And trust me they never fail. Our favourite is the Yakies Chews and Natural Chews.

The only reason I give a 3 star is: They're in the wrong place. There's no parking in the basement, making it difficult to access, mainly when you're here for grooming your pet. This wasn't the case in the past, because I have visited here several times, and never an issue. Owners, please arrange for a place where we get parking.

Always a pleasure to visit HUFT. I like the grooming as well, however, previously when I dropped my dog there they cut her facial hair without my knowledge including whiskers!!! Wide variety of treats, food, clothes, toys, etc. Expensive but worth the cost kinda place. They also provide home delivery service. This time I had been to buy shoes for my dog after getting varieties bought online. N found the perfect fit here.
