Twix and Butch is where I've been going for grooming my dogs since I moved to Pune in 2019. Shona is simply superb in making my two girls look stunning, and her love for dogs really shows in her work. My wife and I feel thankful that we moved to Pune just because we found someone like her to groom our dogs. I recently took my Golden Retriever to Twix & Butch Pet Salon for a grooming and bathing session, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and they took extremely good care of my dog throughout the session. She came out looking absolutely refreshed, clean, and happy — you could tell she felt pampered and comfortable the entire time. What truly stood out was the owner’s professionalism and her personal approach. She’s hands-on with the grooming and clearly passionate about working with dogs, which made a big difference. I had a great experience at Twix and Butch with my Pet dog - which is a toy Poodle breed. Shona did such a great and professional job with the grooming that it’s worth it. Her expertise is so perfect. Since we have a special pure breed of poodle I wanted some one who knew the quality of the hair , coat and the body of the the breed and would give that result. Shona did the magic and my pet changed into a Cinderella.. Thank a million.. Looking forward to my next Visit

I moved to India about a year ago and initially had a very positive experience at this grooming place. Our dog was always well cared for, and our earlier experiences here were positive, and we had no major concerns prior to the recent change in staff. Shona used to do an excellent job. I understand that she cannot personally attend to every dog. However, after a new staff member was hired, our dog developed a severe tick infestation within weeks, despite previously being on tick prevention. We were removing multiple ticks daily, and shortly after, our dog required an urgent veterinary visit for parasite-related treatment, including deworming. This experience raised serious concerns about hygiene and parasite control practices. While our earlier experiences were good, we no longer feel comfortable continuing services here and would advise other pet owners to remain cautious. Missing Twix & Butch very much...
