We had a confirmed appointment at your clinic today. When we were just 5 minutes away and about to reach, we received a call saying the groomer had been injured while grooming another dog. While accidents can happen, informing customers at the last minute — after they have already traveled 10–15 km and spent money on a cab — is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. We had already reached the location, yet instead of offering any solution, the receptionist repeatedly said, “This is not in our hands, we can’t do anything.” That response is extremely disappointing. As a well-reputed clinic with multiple branches, how do you not have a backup groomer or any contingency plan? Poor internal management should not become the customer’s problem. We wasted our time, money, and effort for an appointment that you failed to honor. This is totally unacceptable. Very poor service and zero accountability. Definitely not recommended.

I visited Vetic for the first time, but before this I had taken a telephonic consultation at 4am during an emergency. They have 24 hours clinics at few outlets in pune. My first visit was quite impressive as they have a clean facility with separate rooms for grooming, wash, haircut and doctor consultation. Every grooming session is followed by a free doctor consultation. The staff is extremely helpful and carry smiles on their faces, and they know their duties very well. One good thing about the nibm outlet is that it has ample of parking space. Not to forget, that have a great stuff for your fury friend's shopping ranging from food, treats, clothes, safety material, etc. And a fantastic app to keep track of your visits, vaccinations, consultation, etc.
