Their sales people are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They sell cheap quality, imported goods at extremely high prices. Head Up for Tails in Kalyani Nagar or Khushi Pet Shoppe are much better. They sold us this cat muzzle for Rs. 742 - which was imported as long ago as 2019 (see picture). Additionally the packaging was not even sealed and it didn't fit the cat. When we tried to return it because of the poor quality - they absolutely refused to cooperate and were additionally extremely rude. There are many better shops in Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar and you are better off going to one of these which sell quality products.

They have an excellent collection of pet products. I wanted to buy a post surgery Elizabeth collar and they had a few choices available unfortunately for me the one I eventually bought broke to pieces because my cat absolutely hates it and there's no way he'd wear one. The attendant is super helpful as well and conversing with her was really fun.
