I recently took my 1.5 years old female Labrador for a grooming session at Heads Up for Tails Magarpatta branch. The grooming team was caring and professional. They enquired everything about Bella such as allergies, ticks and fleas, if she likes to be petted, etc. The grooming results are terrific. Bella looks fresh and smells great too. Her paws are trimmed properly, ear cleaned, sanitary hair shaved. Thank you grooming team for taking care of Bella and grooming her with your best services. Great place, my golden retriever who is usually anxious got comfortable with the groomer very easily. They also give you the option to monitor your dog’s grooming live through their tablet which was a great relief for me as I could patiently wait out knowing my pet was comfortable inside. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. The store also had parking which made my life a lot easier. Definitely would recommend to get your pets here :))

I took my Chow Chow, Muffin, for a bath here and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! The team was so gentle and patient with him and he has sensitive skin and thick coat, but they handled him with so much care. The place was super clean, smelled amazing, and the products they used left his fur soft, fluffy, and fresh for days. You can really tell they love dogs and know how to make them comfortable. Muffin came back relaxed and happy which says a lot! Definitely our go-to place for regular grooming. Highly recommend to all pet parents who want a safe, stress free experience for their pups. 💛🐶

I usually take Stella to HUFT for her grooming, and they never disappoint. The reception team is always polite, and the groomers do a great job every time. They know what they’re doing, handle Stella gently, and always answer my questions. Really happy with their service!!!!!💯

Its been years with huft Hadapsar, the way they take care of my cat (kittu) and dog (koda) that is commendable. We are a big family and they all are like my kids now, everyone from store is very supportive, they are the reason for me to smile and satisfy every month. P. S the best place to handover your kids for spa and take back happy kid.
