Extremely disappointed. Cutting a cat’s whiskers shows lack of basic grooming knowledge. The owner’s response was defensive and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
Absolutely unacceptable service. They butchered my cat’s haircut and even cut his whiskers, which shows pure ignorance about animal grooming. When confronted, the owner had zero shame and blamed me instead of apologizing. Disgusting attitude.

Salon for Pets, Milan there is very good and very experienced. We have been going to them for over 6 years now and they have been there for even longer than that. The main shop has now become the accessories shop for pets and the the salon shop has shifted behind. On the same floor. Service is really good. Should call and take appointment because they are always busy.
Think carefully before using this salon. My cat’s grooming was done very poorly, and his whiskers were cut, which is completely unacceptable. The owner took no responsibility and blamed me instead. This place does not show care or concern for pets.
