Service is good but in cost they are looting. They gave ondem inj, metrogyl IV, RL 100 ml IV, ceftas 100 mg inj, asthalin respiratory solution, canula, IV set, RANTAC INJ & VIT.C INJ. IF we go to cost then these all are not more than 300-400 but for this they charged 5500 rupee. Looting like a pro to pet owners

Best pet clinic in NIBM. Basically the doctors are knowledgeable and treatment is best in class. I had visited for my tomcat Urinary tract issue and they treated him so well. I was running from post to pillar for diagnosing the issue to others vets from last one month with no luck and Dr Shweta diagnosed in minutes. Surely would recommend to all pet parents to visit for any illness or treatment.

Poor experience. 100% overrated!!! My pet had paw infection, I explained the situation to doctor, however no attention was paid. Doctor dint even see the infected area or wound properly, hardly touched the paw for 15 seconds, gave an injection (god knows what for!), prescribed pills for 10 days and an ointment to apply! Charged INR 1,250/- consultation fees (I.e. more than the best human hospitals in Pune) + INR 750/- for medicine and injection. This was a rip off to be honest. My pet’s paw still had same infection after 4 days as no cleaning was done or mucus was removed by them. Such an unprofessional services and OVERRATED facility! I went to a newly opened wet nearby, the doc cleaned the wound from inside, applied ointment self, showed it to me how can do the same for 2 more days and that is it. Changed 500/- as consultation and treatment fees. My pet was absolutely alright in 24 hours, would dried, no mucus and swelling in the paw!! Better to see a vet who is really pet caring and not just money minded!! Wouldn’t suggest anyone or care to visit ever again.

Outstanding care! My cat recovered incredibly fast thanks to the amazing team at Animal Medical Services Hospital, What stood out most was how friendly and caring the doctors are with the pets.
