They are not very good at treating cats. The approach felt rushed and profit-driven rather than focused on my cat’s well-being. My 13-year-old cat was suspected to have CKD, and we specifically requested diagnostic reports to confirm the condition. However, the doctor strongly pushed for vaccination and deworming without waiting for the test results. There was little concern shown for her age or fragile health. Unfortunately, after this, my cat’s condition worsened, and she stopped eating from the very same day. This experience was deeply distressing and felt avoidable with more responsible and patient care.

Please take a moment to read this heartfelt review. I took my 56-day-old Maltese puppy, “Whiskey”, to Petville Clinic in a very critical condition. It was early morning, and every other place had refused to admit him—but Preeti, the owner of Petville, immediately responded to my call. She went above and beyond to arrange his hospitalisation within minutes, showing genuine care and compassion when it mattered most. On arrival, Harish was the first to assist us—he handled Whiskey with calmness and care, and also reassured me during those tense moments. Soon after, Dr. Arpana, the senior doctor, took charge and carefully observed every detail of Whiskey’s condition. Along with her, Dr. Dhenu and Dr. Ojha worked tirelessly, ensuring every step of his treatment was done with precision and empathy. Dynaneshwar was equally kind and attentive, helping throughout with immense patience and dedication Whiskey was hospitalised for four days, and I was amazed to see how well the entire team managed his care. The staff and boys at Petville were attentive, polite, and truly dedicated. Even during the night, they were proactive in administering medicines and keeping a close watch on him. Their round-the-clock attention gave me immense comfort and confidence. Thanks to their combined efforts, my little Whiskey has recovered and is now happily at home. I’m deeply grateful to the entire Petville family for treating my puppy not just as a patient but as their own. Petville Clinic is not just a veterinary hospital—it’s a place filled with compassion, professionalism, and people who truly love animals.
