I called to book an appointment for my doggy..he responded very decently n was very soft-spoken n caring...I was highly impressed.because I dnt have a breed it's a stray dog. Incredibly patient and professional. One of my dogs is very scared of new people and most groomers tend to force the dogs into taking a bath but he did not take that approach. He patiently made friends with her and then took her for a bath. Would recommend without a second thought
Very bad experience. Only book an apt if the female is available to supervise. It was a medicated shampoo, because my dog has flaky skin, they have not dried her properly + sprayed loads of perfume on her skin even after being told not to and to dry her properly. Apart from that, those 2 boys have shaved her entire area instead of trimming which is going to lead to skin rash. I kept reconfirming with the lady if my dog is safe as she wasn't there. When I came to pick my dog, she was lying down on the dirty floor which had so much dust and dirt on it. Just don't risk it.
