Doctor helped us understand our newly adopted Persian cat gave us ideas how to take care of him we got him vaccinated So when our baby fall sick after one week we were trying to reach out to her she didn’t gave us proper response she is bit under experience it seems so we were unable to trust Dr Uma again got disappointed.

Feedback – Visit on 9/8/2025 I have always found Dr. Bharat to be an excellent and reasonable veterinarian, and I trust his treatment completely. However, my recent experience at the clinic was extremely disappointing and left me feeling overcharged and misled. I specifically visited to consult with Dr. Bharat, but instead, my cats were attended to by the lady doctor without my consent. The only treatment provided was the application of a spot-on flea medication — a process that takes less than a minute. The market price of this medicine is around ₹340, and before application, I clearly asked for the cost and was told ₹310. Yet, at the time of billing, I was shocked to see a total of ₹2,000 for two cats — ₹1,000 per cat — under the excuse of “consultation and application charges.” In my view, this is blatant overcharging for a very basic procedure. In the past, Dr. Bharat treated my cats for the same issue and charged ₹1,000 total for both, which was fair and reasonable. When I enquired about vaccination costs, I was quoted ₹3,000 per cat, whereas I know the standard cost for the same vaccine is around ₹1,500–₹1,600. On top of that, she advised unnecessary follow-up visits every week for three weeks, including weekly injections costing another ₹400 per cat. This felt like an attempt to create extra bills rather than genuine medical advice. Since this visit, I’ve spoken to several other pet owners and heard similar stories of inflated charges and excessive recommendations from the same doctor. While I will continue to recommend Dr. Bharat for his honesty and professionalism, I strongly advise avoiding consultations with the lady doctor if you want fair pricing and trustworthy advice. 😡😡😡😡😡

I’m honestly so angry with this clinic! And the lady doctor I took my cat there for a vaccine, and they charged me ₹3000 for it — which is already way too much. After that, my poor cat got sick! I had to rush to another vet to get her treated properly. The first the doctor clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing — totally unprofessional and careless. Because of her, my cat suffered for no reason. I’ll never go back there again, and I’d warn others to stay away too!

I took my cat to this clinic, but honestly, I’m not satisfied with the experience. They charge a lot more than the service they actually provide. Also, they told me my cat was suffering from some diseases, but when I checked with other vets, they confirmed she was perfectly fine. Please make sure to ask about charges and get a second opinion before taking your pets here. It feels overpriced and not worth the service quality. I literally paid 3000 just for a rabies vaccine which cost for ₹50 in the medical.

Overpriced and disappointing experience Unfortunately, my experience at 5th Sense Animal Clinic was not satisfactory. The treatment costs were extremely high, and the pricing did not feel justified for the services provided. There was very little transparency about charges, and everything seemed overpriced compared to other veterinary clinics. Pet care is already emotionally and financially stressful, and such steep costs make it difficult for pet parents to manage. I really hope the clinic reconsiders its pricing structure and becomes more reasonable and transparent in the future. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic if you are looking for affordable veterinary care.
