My dog Cherru is highly sensitive and struggles with fear aggression, so leaving him anywhere can be stressful. From the very first moment when I had a word with Aanchal and Ritika they both are incredibly kind and considerate, taking the time to really understand Cherru and ensure his stay would be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From the photos shared it was clear that he settled in nicely and had an enjoyable time. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well maintained, Aanchal is patient, and genuinely caring that she cared my Cherru like her own. I am so grateful to have found a place we can truly trust and this will definitely be my all time go to home stay whenever he needs boarding in the future. Would highly recommend Aanchal. I kept my cat at Achal Pet Boarding for 12 days. This was my first time using a pet boarding service, and after reading the positive reviews, I felt relieved and trusted them with my cat. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Throughout the stay, I had to repeatedly request updates, video calls, or even basic information about my cat. Despite constant follow-ups, I was given excuses that there were many pets to manage and therefore regular updates were not possible. As a pet parent, this lack of communication caused a lot of stress and concern. When my cat was dropped back home, his condition was extremely disturbing. He was very dirty, had a strong unpleasant smell, and appeared weak. This is clearly visible in the pictures I have shared. Soon after, he developed a throat infection and had been vomiting for two days. He has lost nearly 2 kg of weight and is currently undergoing treatment, receiving four injections daily. It has been three days, and he is still recovering. Leaving a pet at a boarding facility requires immense trust. Sadly, this experience broke that trust completely. I hope this review helps other pet parents make an informed decision and encourages the boarding facility to improve hygiene, communication, and overall care.

We kept our 2 cats at Achal's pet boarding for a week. When we dropped them off, our main concern was how quickly they would get comfortable there. However there was no reason to worry because the cats themselves got used to the new environment in a day and we had our peace of mind courtesy to the daily photos and videos Achal ma'am sent us. When we brought our cats home they were upto their usual michievious antics in a jiffy, like they hadn't been away for a week at all. We highly recommend Achal's Pet Boarding.
