Used to be a regular customer until I found out they were illegally relocating strays, which is a criminal offence under the PCA act, 1960. Very disappointing for a business that otherwise caters to pet parents and animal lovers.

I have been a customer of them for the last 4 years and event month I spend close to 2-3k approx on my cats needs. So after spending so much I was mistreated for 25rs can you imagine the frustration. Just write it I will never ever visit your shop again and will never recommend it to anyone

Owners Prasad & Trupti are ever smiling n helpful. They help to choose, the correct food type and ‘treats’ for specific breeds. As every dog lover knows, without Treats, it’s impossible to train! Very nice experience, highly recommended !

Most of the time I have had good experience with them, however this time ,inspite of commitment to deliver my pets food , they made us wait for 2.5 hrs and even after multiple messages and calls there was no response. Poor service .. indication of falling standards...

However, it’s disappointing when that trust is taken for granted. If you are charging higher prices for products, at least be transparent about it instead of misleading customers. A pet shop is not just a place to buy products—it represents trust, similar to the faith one has in a higher power. If your intentions are honest and pure, customers will naturally return with confidence. I also urge fellow customers to always ask for a bill for their purchases. Without it, you risk being misled or overcharged.
