I recently visited KP Pet Salon with my lab, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the team made both me and my lab feel so welcome. The salon is super clean and well-organized, and you can tell they really care about the pets they work with. The groomers are amazing. They really took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable throughout the process. They did an excellent job with the grooming. Deffo recommending this place to others :)

On 27-10-2024 I took my dog to this salon for a bath but was very disappointed with the unprofessional handling. Your staff is very unprofessional, and this is the worst service ever. The same evening, my dog developed a skin infection that has caused her discomfort and distress. She is continuously scraching her body and has developed some patches on her entire body. I am concerned about the hygiene practices and the products used, especially the shampoo, which may have contributed to this reaction. Please stop giving service to other dogs so that they are not hurt in the sameway.
