We had a wonderful experience boarding our dog, Yuzu. This was his first time staying overnight with other dogs for 4 days, so we were quite anxious initially. After the trial, Shruti assured us he would do fine, and he absolutely did. She was patient, attentive, and took great care of his food needs (important for a moody beagle!). The regular updates were reassuring, and Yuzu came back happy and relaxed. Highly recommend.
