Swati is truly God-sent for us. My pet Truffle had never been to a boarding facility that cared so much only for him before; he is anxious, scared around other dogs, but very comfortable with humans. Swati is amazing with dogs, and her home genuinely feels like a Nani’s house for pets. We chose the private boarding option with her, and it was the best decision. Truffle came back so settled that it didn’t feel like he had been sulking at all. I have never had the need to use a boarding service for my any of my cats or dogs before this so I was a little anxious to use one now for my cat, but Swati was extremely caring and patient with him. My cat was quite shy and scared initially due to the new environment he found himself in and was quite withdrawn and refused to eat, but Swati slowly but surely got him out of his shell and was very affectionate and patient with him. I received daily updates, pictures and videos which reassured me that he was in good hands. This has been a a very pleasant experience for me and most importantly for my cat.
