She patiently guided us through everything—from lineage details to care tips—and made sure we understood every aspect before bringing our babies home. The quality of the cats is exceptional. He so adorably cute, energetic and loving, over all great experience, From the beginning, Samaar was transparent and patient in helping me. Loved the over welcoming gesture. I recently purchased a Golden Retriever puppy from Pampered Pets , Kalyani Nagar, Pune. He is so cute, energetic and intelligent. From the initial phase of getting the puppy Samar mam guided me really well, she answered all my questions and made me comfortable about the puppy as I am a first time pet parent. I recently purchased a Husky puppy from mam, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and guided me through every step, answering all my questions with patience. My Husky is healthy, playful, and already showing a wonderful temperament. The shop was clean, well-organized, and the animals were clearly well cared for. They also provided me with starter tips on diet, vaccinations, and training, which was really helpful as a new Husky owner.
