Dr. Gorhe Pet Cover Clinic

Visited this pet clinic for my cat. Very nice facility for pet care and pet supplies n accessories. Dr gorhe himself and his son is available most of the time. There are other well trained staff and attend who handles all the pets quite nicely. Hospital is well designed, with basement waiting area, bike parking, OPD on 1st floor, admission scan hostel etc on 2nd floor. I couldn't go to 2nd floor. OPD is having multiple beds with medical. Above all the rates/ charges are quite affordable and economical.

Senior vet Dr Gorhe is a walking encyclopedia on pets. So too his juniors. Plus their charges are reasonable, infrastructure Great & staff very competitive & knowledgeable.

I have been bringing my cat to this clinic, but my experience has been very disappointing. The focus seems more on generating revenue than on providing proper veterinary care. The doctor barely gives more than a cursory glance, and on one occasion the staff even missed a significant wound on my cat that I only noticed after returning home. Treatments have often felt unnecessary or incorrect, and injections were administered without clear explanation and pet care is sloppy. I deeply regret bringing my pet here. Do not be misled by the clinic’s appearance—attention to actual pet care is severely lacking.

This is for the old cruel rude lady at the reception, please make sure she reads this. This is a reveiw after 2 years, I still remember and will remember. While we got all the care our dog needed, but the way I was treated during days my child was suffering handled broke my heart. As pet parent, I sat on the floor beside her (my dog), holding her paw — trying to give her comfort as she was given her meds through saline. A kind staff member offered me a chair, and for a brief moment, I felt seen in my grief. But then, the elderly rude lady at the reception mumbled something about why I needed it, made me get up, and took the chair away — while I was sitting there holding my dog’s hand. Also indicated I am not needed. I can’t even describe how cruel and inhuman that felt. When a pet parent is watching their child, what they need most is compassion — not rudeness. This experience left me shocked and disgusted. The old lady at the reception seriously needs to learn empathy, respect, and basic decency. If this is not cruel what is? Our beloved girl passed away in pain eventually days later. For anyone who truly loves animals, please remember — kindness doesn’t cost anything. Sometimes, it’s the only thing that helps a broken heart survive. May that woman get the help she needs. May she learn kindness. May she not treat another person this way. Life is karmic.

Dr. Gorhe's Pet Clinic – Very Disappointing Front Desk Experience I visited this clinic today for my cat, who is already undergoing treatment for an ongoing medical issue. The clinic’s closing time is clearly mentioned as 8:30 PM, and I arrived at 8:20 PM, well within official working hours. Despite this, both receptionists behaved extremely rudely and continuously complained that they wanted to go home. I was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable for coming during clinic hours, even though my pet needed medical attention. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a veterinary clinic. Pet owners often come in stressed and worried, and such lack of empathy and professionalism at the front desk is deeply concerning. If the staff are unwilling to attend patients until closing time, then the clinic should change its timings instead of treating clients disrespectfully. While doctors may be competent, the receptionist staff seriously damage the clinic’s reputation. Management needs to take strict action and ensure basic courtesy and professionalism.
