I celebrated my dog's birthday here and it was so memorable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the play area is maintained well and has enough space for your pup to run around. Just one fear is the stray dogs family outside the place of you are close to the place and is in walking distance, but the staff was also ready to help us walk in safely from the entrance of Rangla Punjab. So quite a good experience.

The paw universe is the best place for our dogs to stay and I recently had great experience with them. He is almost more than 2 years old beagle Max. Max was very comfortable at the paw universe and they will send us updates of our fur babies. So you will be relaxed if your dog is under care of paw universe. Max enjoyed stay and staff is also very good and caring. I am very happy with the service. If you are looking for pet boarding or day care then it is the best hostel I have ever seen. Facilities & care taker may be good as reviews suggests. Policies are not friendly and unprofessionalism. I contacted them for enquiring my pet dog boarding for 2 days but they asked about emergency contact (who can come & collect dog in case of any issues). if such arrangements available why should one opt for boarding?

For 24 years had pets both dogs & cats because of which I never traveled. Paw Universe is the ultimate place where i could feel good for my dogs as they were very comfortable which was very important for me. My babies r happy playing around at their designated playtime and freely moving around which we cannot offer in my society. Enjoying my holidays without any tension .Everyday I get 2 separate videos both in the morning & Evening which is very comforting. Good care by entire team at Paw Universe .Gr8!! job & stay blessed.
