Extremely professional, didn't have to worry about our pet at all as the timely updates were being given. They feed balanced home cooked meal which our shiro loved. He knows how to handle dogs based on their different temper levels. Extremely kind to all pets in the daycare. Our dog usually doesnt pee or poop if we leave him with family or friends, but he was comfortable in daycare under just 5 mins. Would definitely recommend this daycare !!!!

We kept our 1-year-old Shihtzu (bunu) with Harmony for 4 days. Initially, the owner asked to take a 2-hour trail to check socialization and his behavior, and all went perfectly. Mr. Sanmitra took very good care of my dog. We didn’t have to worry at all, not even once 🤗..Pictures and videos were shared by him on a daily basis, we didn't face any communication issues.  We have also availed pick up and drop facility from them. My furry baby will go to the same home again next month. I am happy to keep our dog with him and would strongly recommend others.

Harmony Pet Services is the best pet hostel I have ever experienced. Sanmitra is an exceptional caretaker. I have a pug, Auro, who is 9 years old and has been having a hard time jumping and playing due to weight issues. Sanmitra took great care of his diet, providing him with nutritious homemade food that was far better than store-bought options. Auro stayed with Sanmitra for a year while I traveled for work in the UAE. During that time, Sanmitra cared for him with immense love and attention, making sure he felt comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Harmony Pet Services for anyone looking for quality pet care.

I recently kept my two pet dogs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Mr. Tadfale is exceptional and has a deep understanding of dog psychology, which made a significant difference in my dog's comfort and happiness. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, ensuring a healthy environment for all the dogs. I also appreciated the daily videos and photos sent to me, which provided peace of mind and allowed me to see my dog enjoying his stay. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and professional dog hostel.

We have Buddy (Golden Retriever ) for 1.5 yrs. I was studying about the breeders and dog home stays / hostels from more than 2 yrs. now before taking decision to get a puppy home. There are lots of options in Pune for dog hostels but very few are genuinely pet / dog lover and one of them is Sanmitra the owner of the Harmony Pet Services. We know each other for more than 5 yrs. however it was not on subject of dog or pet. When I was searching for puppy I got introduced to Sanmitra's other side which is pet lover and certified dog trainer. He helped us in choosing the right puppy breed and then he provided the training as well for more than 9 months. Can't imagine how could we have managed the puppy without his training. Sanmitra is very profession and punctual when it comes to service. He neither got late for training and nor he missed any session without prior information. The session was planned for 1 hrs. each but he provide extra time for all the queries related food and other stuffs. This kind of dedication is rare these days. Every time we send Buddy for stay he come him with something new skill learned which is just awesome. So far I have used 3 facilities for Buddy and very much satisfied with Sanmitra. Earlier Sanmitra was not having service for pet sitting hence we have to send Buddy at one of the well-known facility in Pune and we had worst experience. Owner of that facility claim to be pet lover however do not stay at facility and the facility is totally managed by workers which are off course not pet lover. I sent the feedback to owner on the same day we check out for Buddy and I am yet to receive the response. Sanmitra is very prompt on collecting the feedback after check out, every time he ask if we see any objectional behavior like anxious, aggressive etc. There was one occasion when Buddy got diarrhea next day after training and Sanmitra was very worried about this health. Overall I will say if you love your dog the best facility and person is Harmony and Sanmitra… Same meaning different words.
