Tailsmen Veterinary Specialty

We have a Persian cat, we adopted him a year back. He had fever and was diagnosed in a critical state by the Vet The Tailsmen Team really pulled through for us, he recovered so well. Wonderful staff and thoughtful doctors. What more do you need.

One of the worst decisions I’ve made as a pet parent was visiting Tailsmen Veterinary Specialty. The doctor checked my Shih Tzu’s weight but failed to mention that he was overweight—something that any responsible vet would point out immediately. Even worse, a clear skin infection was misdiagnosed as an allergy. Despite following the prescribed allergy meds, the infection worsened and spread rapidly within days, leaving my dog in visible discomfort with rashes. When I tried reaching out for an emergency appointment, I was shockingly told to come the next day! There was absolutely no urgency or concern shown for my pet’s worsening condition. The whole experience felt extremely commercial with no genuine care or compassion. I will never recommend this clinic to any pet parent. Completely disappointed and frustrated.

Amazing place with almost all the vet care facilities available. The staff and the doctors are very professional and they treat the pets very well. They explain all the required care and treatment very nicely and they recommend the best in class treatment for our animal friends. The place is well maintained and hygienic. It's always recommended to get your appointment in advance and have a slight buffer time in hand as our animal friends might be too clingy when we take them to the vet. I would like to add a few more details which would be helpful for the review readers, 1. Take appointment in advance and be there are the given time slot. 2. Incase if you are carrying a vehicle, you'll need to park on th roadside, so be mindful of that. 3. Get all your pet medical history documents when you visit Tailsmen, as that vaccine and medication history will help the professionals to provide better prognosis and treatment. 4. Incase if your pet is having some serious infections and issues, please tell them in advance so that the staff can make necessary arrangements accordingly. Overall I would rate Tailsmen with a 5 star rating as they have really treated my dog well and also they provided the best in class treatment.

I visited Tailsmen Veterinary Specialty Clinic for a second spay surgery for my cat after her first surgery (performed elsewhere) failed. I can’t thank Dr. Shambhavi and Dr. Varun enough for their expertise and care. They were incredibly confident and thorough, which gave me a lot of reassurance during such a stressful time. Their skill undoubtedly saved my cat from a lot of trouble, and a year later, she has recovered wonderfully. The clinic itself is immaculate, with a clean and welcoming environment that reflects their attention to detail. Another plus is the ample parking space, making it very convenient to visit. The only critique I have is regarding appointment timings. Despite arriving on time, there is often a wait, which could be improved for a better overall experience. That said, I highly recommend Tailsmen Veterinary Specialty Clinic for their excellent veterinary care and compassionate approach. Dr. Shambhavi and Dr. Varun are truly outstanding professionals!

From visiting this vet clinic for nearly 2 years we had a terrible incident. We had taken our pet for the annual vaccinations and while doing the general health checkup, I had specifically asked for a senior doc( who we have dealt with before) but idk some female vet came who I had not seen before , she started doing her Heath check and said I feel she has some issue in her stomach and kept pushing in her stomach so of course my pet makes uncomfy noises , than she says we must take a xray so we get worried and say yes. They take my pet for the xray and I hear her continuously crying inside the room which we are not allowed to enter. They took 1 xray and still kept her inside and she is still crying, the vet so asking me stupid questions like did she poop or vomit , which I Told her ealier that she has absolutely fine , I had to storm inside the room and take my pet from the xray room as I couldn't take her crying Inside anymore, these inexperienced vets don't know what they r doing and will just do stupid Tests to make more money of you. Later we showed the dam. Xray to another vet he said it's simply gas and there was no reason to take an xray for this. I request the clinic to train the junior staff to handle the pets carefully and not makeup scenarios like we had to face.
