I have taken my Golden Retriever for the first time for the Grooming session in this place. It was really an amazing experience we had where Vijay really took care of our baby (dog) very well. She felt very comfortable there and also more than that we were more pleased with the way the whole procedure & cutting & grooming session went for her. I recently took my pet Coco for grooming at this salon, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we entered, the staff made sure he felt comfortable and relaxed. The groomer was extremely professional, patient, and gentle, ensuring that Coco stayed calm throughout the entire session. I was really impressed by the way they handled him with so much care and attention. The atmosphere was very friendly, and it felt like they genuinely cared about Coco’s comfort and well-being. He came out looking neat, clean, and super happy! Overall, it was one of the best grooming experiences we’ve ever had. Took my indie GSD mix Pillu there for grooming and also his first professional groom in 11 years. Was worried how he’ll react but the team is fantastic!!! They are extremely professional, know their job and handled him with so much care and love. The salon is also very clean. I saw 4 dogs come in my 1.5 hours of groom, which shows they know their job! His trimming is perfect Hair as soft as butter..! I love that! Thank you to Akash , Jeevan and Shekhar! Definitely recommend this place to anyone around Aundh Baner side. This will be my go to place for Pillu’s grooming henceforth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart because this is Pillu’s first groom and he’s 11 years old was worried how he’ll react. I think I was more stressed than my dog. They calmed me down also!! 😂
