She really knows animals and went out of her way to put my little dog at ease. With minimal stress, he came out looking completely adorable and well groomed. Took my puppy here for the first grooming session and it was fantastic. Priya is so passionate about her work. The way she and her entire team handles pets, is absolutely commendable. The place is clean and hygienic. We called Priya for minor issue and she has not only resolved it, but also followed up next day to take an update. These are high level service standards. Well done 👍

Tried this place for the first time and I must say this was good experience. 1) owner herself attended the call and took time to understand my requirements and spoke patiently. 2) she also suggested that for first time pets she prefers to spend some time with them to understand their temperament and suggested to come on a less busy day so that proper time can be allocated (since I had called without any prior appointment) 3) place is located on a wide road with ample parking 4) since we went at the last minute and on a weekend the place was pretty full with dogs but the staff and the owner are fully attentive 5) bath and haircut was done perfectly and we are very satisfied with the skills of handling the dog and grooming. 6) cctv is outside so that we can view the grooming area (not many grooming salons provide this and have several excuses for not giving cctv access) Overall a satisfactory experience for first time grooming hoping to have many more experiences like this and the service is maintained
