Don’t trust them, so careless. They ask you to get the vaccine from shop which comes in bag with ice that is total vaccine failure. Vaccine temps falls which leads to vaccine failure. My pet’s life is at stake today because of them. Please don’t treat your pets here
18th century medication feeling.. They are treating pets without diagnosing their exact illness. My friend's dog Max has continued weakness and loose motions, he has faith in govt drs in Aundh, I told him several times after watching their poor treatment style and extremely poor infrastructure that not let ur dog here for minutes. But he continues and on the last stage after no recovery in 3 days they move to a private hospital and they have given shocking news that the treatment you guys are taking was foolish because max having food poisoning and treatment were given for gastro.. isn't high level inhumane practice. Must go through photos.
I recently had to get my male cat neutered, so I started looking online for options with reasonable pricing. Initially, I was quite skeptical after reading some reviews and seeing photos online, but since this was a government facility offering nominal charges, I decided to visit in person. My first visit was on 29th November, where I was asked to fill in my details and informed that I would receive a call once a date was available. The usual waiting period is around 2 months. On 8th December, I received a call confirming that my cat’s surgery could be scheduled for 10th December. I was also given a few pre-surgery instructions by Dr. Gaurav. When I reached the hospital on the scheduled day, Dr. Yuvraj briefed me about the medicines required for the surgery. There is no pharmacy inside the premises, so all medicines need to be purchased from outside. He guided me on where I could find them. There was a short delay because an emergency case (a pregnant cat) needed immediate attention. Once that was handled, it was my turn. My cat was given anesthesia, followed by shaving of the surgical area. I then took him to the OT, where the doctors performed the procedure while I waited outside. After the surgery, he was kept in sunlight for 10–15 minutes to help the anesthesia wear off. I was then given detailed aftercare instructions. Throughout the entire process, the team was extremely patient, calm, and helpful. Including waiting time, the entire visit took around 4 hours. --- Things to Keep in Mind if You’re Visiting: 1. Carry cash - they do not accept online payments. 2. You must first take a token by paying ₹10. 3. The doctor will assess your pet and guide you accordingly. 4. Since there is no pharmacy on-site, you will need to purchase any required medicines from outside. 5. Try to have at least two people accompany the pet, as you may need help holding them. 6. Carry your own water, as nothing is available inside the premises. --- Request to the Government: 1. Kindly ensure that the new facility within the premises becomes operational soon. 2. Please consider establishing a pharmacy within the premises to make medicine access easier for pet owners. 3. More doctors are needed to handle the high volume of cases. 4. Greater attention must be given to hygiene and cleanliness. Lastly: A big salute to all the doctors there. I did not see a single person taking a break - they worked nonstop, treating every animal with genuine care and compassion. Thank you, Dr. Gaurav & Dr. Yuvraj, for your guidance and support throughout the process.
Visited twice with two rescued puppies. A ₹10 token is required at the start. The X-ray procedure on both visits was handled well and charged at a very minimal rate. Dr. Aithal is very polite, kind, and insists on surgery only when it is absolutely necessary, which I truly appreciated. However, another doctor (don’t know the name) was very rude and even asked for commission; we had to pay him just for plastering a puppy, which was disappointing. Overall, the hospital is good and has ample parking space.
