Is it exorbitantly expensive? Yes. Do they take care of your pet like no other? Yes. They treat pets like a literal human being. I took a stray there, they nursed her back to health and she is now a part of my life. I have been to atleast 5-6 pet clinics in 3 states. Have never seen a Doctor so vigilant and caring towards pets. I could see the care in their eyes, they rushed her in and actually didn't look back. I forgot the doctor's name but she was the short haired one who actually took care of my Kitten. From immobilized to running circles around me, the stray kitten is now my cat who showers me with care. I feel like she's my long lost daughter. Thank you so much, doctors. I can't appreciate how humane they were and how caring they are. They even struck a fair amount off the bill because she was a stray, I believe. Thanks again.

I’ve had a really good experience with this veterinary clinic. During my 2 years in India, it has been the best clinic I found. The place has solid infrastructure and is well-organized, which makes visits smooth. The team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond, which I really appreciate. What I like most is the way they treat animals — with genuine care and affection. They’ve always taken good care of my cats, and I feel comfortable bringing them here. I am extremely thankful to the pet doctors — Dr. Raj (Rajshekhar), Dr. Preeti, Dr. Saloni, Dr. Ananya, Dr. Prachi, and Dr. Sanhita; Manager Lopamudra Ma’am; Rupesh Sir; and nurses/brothers Ganesh, Anand, and Athaava — and the entire team at Crown Vet Hospital, both Aundh and Kalyani Nagar, Pune, for their prompt and compassionate care. My dog, Angel, suddenly started vomiting and had bloody motions along with a high fever, and we had to rush to the hospital at around 3 AM. Despite the late hour, Dr. Raj and staff member Ganesh were very responsive, calm, and professional. They handled the emergency with great care, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured my pet was comfortable and stable. I am very grateful to Dr. Raj for starting immediate treatment and taking the right decisions with the support of supporting staff- Mr. Ganesh and the team. Their dedication and availability during such critical hours and days (as she was admitted for 11–12 days) truly mean a lot to pet parents like us.
