I kept my dog and cat there they have cared very nicely and hygiene is also maintained everything is good
I kept my dog at the pet hostel for 9 days, and I’m extremely satisfied with the care he received. Shashank, the owner, and Bhola, the staff member, took great care of him with genuine attention and affection. What I really appreciated was that they sent me videos on a daily basis, which gave me peace of mind and helped me stay connected with my pet even while I was away. Thank you both for treating my dog like your own and for the excellent service. I’ll definitely recommend your hostel and choose you again in the future!
We had kept our kid for over 7 days here.. from pick up and drop to daily updates and videos everything was on time and bang on. Will definitely recommend.
Very good facility. Every day they send video. Pick up.and drop is available. The owner is knowledgeable and compassionate towards dogs. Very patient with the dog parents. Explains dog's behaviour especially to new dog parents.
I left my pet Rocky at Better Bark. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to my dog’s needs. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I received regular photo and video updates during his stay. I felt at ease knowing my dog was in good hands and being cared for like family. .
