Very careless and irresponsible team of pet on wheels team. They lost one fur baby and not excepting their fault. If you love your fur baby pls don’t go to them.

Pathetic hostel for our loved ones. A dog was lost from this hostel and they were not accepting it. Fully irresponsible people. Never leave your babies here.

They lost our dog, kept lying to us about the time and informed us after almost 24 hours that our dog is missing. Thanks to animal rescue wakad team and wakad police we found our dog, and when we confronted them, they just casually said "sorry we got scared". They are not just unprofessional but inhumane, kept lying to us even after our pleas to tell us exactly what happened to our dog.

There should be minus rating also as this facility doesn't even deserve 1 star for the kind of service they are providing, worst experience as a pet parent . We opted for pet walking and the person come all drunk and keeps stinking all the time , they don't walk the pets rather go down and sit at one side making your pets stand. These people should be blacklist for pet service. As they are not aware of their work.
