On 3 occasions I approached him for home stay for my pet, He took information and dates for the stay but never reverted. Highly unprofessional. It's at his convenience and not our convenience that is considered by him. He behaved as if I am asking for free service for my pet. This is very unethical. Think 10 times before even approaching him.
We kept our dog here for the first time and were quite relived and happy to see the way he was taken care of. Rohan really has good knowledge about pets and was happy to share his experience with us as well which was really useful. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone and we will also use his services in the future.
A very good place to leave your pets safely when you need to go somewhere without them. Rohan took very good care of our GSD for 6 weeks. When we returned we found our GSD to be happy and relaxed. Other hostels that we tried before, our dog used to be exhausted upon returning home. Thank you!
Worst experience, If you love your pets don't keep them there, I kept my cats there and everyday I had to bug him to send me photos of them being well fed he gave them just twice I kept them for 5 days and when I took my cats home they were smelling bad, my male cat had lost weight and was very scared.
My male beagle always gets happy when I say boarding to hostel cz he knows he will be meeting other doggos there. Its been a year I have kept Dobbie to this place and no issues observed. The person who takes care of this hostel is very humble and takes adhoc requests as well. Well, but advance notice would help him getting the food cooked for all the crew. Loved this place
