My kitten was in urgent need of medicines last night, and even though I had a valid prescription, I was refused because they only sell to their own patients. When you’re in the field of pet healthcare, compassion and empathy should come first not rigid policies and business motives. Pets’ lives can depend on timely access to medicines, and turning away a concerned pet owner in such a situation shows a lack of care and responsibility.

Very good Doctor..my two female cat and one male cat...spay surgery done by madam...and all my three cats are recovered so early without any complcation...on the second day of surgery my cats are on normal activity...very good experience..Thank you so much ma'am....
