I have been taking my Cat (Mixie) to this clinic since june as she has gingivitis. My other cat had passed away due to this disease so it was very important for us to take mixie to a clinic where she will be diagnosed thoroughly and accurately for her condition and i couldn't be more happier for choosing Pet wellness clinic. Over the period and all the follow-ups her condition has become better her appetite is improved moat importantly as oppose to earlier, she has become a lot better behaviour wise as well even though the condition is not completely cured yet. She has recovered 30%. All the doctors at Pet wellness are very knowledgeable. All the people there are very helpful and explain the problem in the simplest way possible. Sometimes, if the follow-up doesn't contain through examination then they haven't even charged the consultation fee for me, so they are not at all money minded in any way. I highly recommend this clinic for your pets.

Dr.Madhavi and Dr.Ghanshyam are very good human beings on top of being good doctors. Also all of their team is very caring and very attentive. I stay too far from their clinic, but I make it a point that I take my pet to their clinic for any treatment. Their diagnosis is perfect and treatment works every single time. My best wishes for their newly opened clinic in a bigger place. Most recommended.

We have been going to Dr.Madhavi and Dr.Ghanshyam for the last 3 years for my pet dog Phoebe. They are really the best veterinarian we could ever hope for. Even if it's 3am at night, they will pick up the call and guide us. Even when we are not in pune right now, whenever we needed their help, they have always been available. We are really lucky to have found them, they treat my pet as their own and have always done the right treatment.

Dr. Madhavi is incredibly sweet and genuinely cares for dogs. She has been my pet’s vet since the day I brought him home, and he absolutely loves visiting her! Her diagnoses are always spot on (touch wood), and I’ve never had to make a second visit. Dr. Ghanshyam is also wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and always patient with my pet. I truly trust both of them for their expertise and compassion. I also loved their new clinic—it’s warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for pets. The staff is very friendly too, which makes every visit a pleasant experience

Each experience has been marked by care, dignity, and deep empathy. On 7th January, Kaali, a community dog we care for, was brutally beaten. After basic first aid elsewhere, we rushed her on 8th January to Pet Wellness Clinic. She received nearly 15 stitches, careful treatment for severe lower-limb wounds, and—most importantly—unconditional compassion. The team charged only the most basic amount, reflecting their values beyond commerce. For the entire week since, Kaali has received continued bandaging and care with patience and kindness. Special thanks to Dr. Jolly, Dr. Amee, Saurabh, Sagar, Saahil, and Ankit—you are truly god-sent. Thank you for standing by voiceless souls and the humans who love them.
