We have been consulting Dr Prashant Channe for atlest 6 to 7 years now for any pet related issues, his thought process of quickly identifying the issue and explaining is really good, ofcourse if the problem is identified then its easier to treat, his treatment has always worked charms for both of my pets ( Labrador and Indie). We have tried other doctors near to where we stay but they have always failed us. Even if we have to travel 8kms to his clinic we make sure we do so that my pets can get best of treatment. Dr Channe is the founder owner of this veterinary clinic. He has two branches one in New sanghvi and one in pimple Saudagar I think. He is very approachable vet even he will guide you for emergency situations with pets. Happy, energetic Dr. Has a good team with him. Recently he guided for an emergency for a community dog on a Sunday night when clinic was closed and he was out of country. Thankyou very much for your kind and considerate gesture 🙌

Doctor doesn’t pay attention to the dogs he is just jumping from one dog to another but dogs don’t need multitasking they need individual attention. Moreover doc’s assistant Vijay writes all prescription and stuff and he is more into giving attention to don’t know what things and will listen to half of your concern and immediately give half resolution to it then will immediately run to another dog and then will comeback and ask you what happened to dog again, half listening, half attention half care, the doctor will never listen to complete issues what dog is facing. Then you end up visiting twice thrice. People come there to get their dogs treated not to be treated like someone who is taking treatment free of cost. In one of the review the clinic replied we give treatment in less cost, but then did the dog owners even ask for this? Also I have discussed this with his patients as well the doctor will talk rudely and very unprofessionally when the dog is in a critical condition like we have caged our pet or have done something wrong with them. Doc needs some professionalism and some seriousnesss and this needs to be heard by medical council team that has all access to giving feedback about him. Also the guy Vijay is not a certified BVSc & AH or a DVM he is looks like a normal 12th pass guy kept to manage patients but he is giving injections salines to dogs and he is giving his judgement and treatment based on his calculations where in doctors call is kot even considered. Infact many a times doctor doesn’t even hear or knows what treatment he is giving to dogs. He writes prescribes everything for dogs. Where in rules set by medical council is it mentioned that doctors assistant who is not even a certified doctor gives treatment. This clinic needs a review from medical council and from the authority that gave doctor the permission , permit or license.
