Veterinary Clinic in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

Asked the doctor politely would he be available before 6 as our kitten was puking and we were a little scared , rather than consoling us he became arrogant and started asking who are you and what do you want and said i have 4 appointments and if it's so urgent why don't you show it to some other doctor . I have never met such an arrogant human being and that too who is a doctor . Worst experience ever. Refrain from using his services as the first thing a doctor should know is compassion . Pathetic human being .

Dr Mohan has been a saviour for us ! I have a 8 yr old pug and Dr Mohan has been taking care of him since past 2 yrs . He is very very kind and takes utmost care of our pet . His home service is a big relief to us . His treatment has always been very good and my dog loves him too !!

Visited him for all of my chihuahuas vaccines and regular checkups for almost a year. All was good. But didn't realize that this place was not meant for any ailments and issues beyond vaccines and regular checkups. Lost all 4 babies of my chihuahua due to his sheer negligence and lack of ownership. He very well knew that she was in labor, but he just gave us regular instructions and went offline. My pet struggled whole night i.e 12 hrs without being able to deliver. I kept sending him messages all night but he respond in the morning after 8am. And all he did after that also was to give some iv and send us back to wait and see. We trusted him thinking such delay is normal. He managed to arrange a doctor for c-section in his clinic only after 20hrs i.e next day evening. If he did not have the resources he should have atleast guided us to another doctor to perform a emergency c-section. It was the most difficult time for us. The way every single pup died in the process was so very painful that we still don't want to think about that day. We only blame ourselves for this, we shouldn't have relied on just someone. If we had taken our own decision to go for another opinion, probably we could have saved few pups. Writing this after a year. This might be a long post but felt like mentioning all details. Do not rely on this doctor for anything other than the routine checks, complete lack of ownership and zero empathy. After few days when we confronted him for lack of ownership he said that he has many pets to look after and cannot give individual attention. Sincere request to the doctor to not reply to my post with any baseless and stupid justification, i don't want to pursue this further by sharing pics and chat proofs. You haven't shown any remorse or even acknowledged the loss with an apology. That complete 24hrs of struggle of my pet is still unforgettable and unforgivable. P.s for readers- We somehow managed to get another chihuahua pup within 20 days to accompany her. Now both are happy and healthy. We now visit a 24 hr clinic in kalyaninagar. Though it is far and a little expensive, we trust the staff there. We feel safe with all the treatments they provide. Thanks.

We are treating our 5 month old Labrador and extremely satisfied with his care for pet. He had not only suggested a detail plan starting from food to train the puppy but also made us aware of the tricks which shop owners try to sell there products. He even suggested good trainers and the correct time to start training. He is really professional in his service at the same time have a personal touch with pet and there family.
