This place is the best thing you can do for you pet! The people here take care of your pet like their own and the services they provide are very clean , efficient and super quick ! Called this place to check if they can groom our pet cat and got a stupid reply. The reply was 'If it's the first time grooming experience for the cat, it will not be possible for them as cat will not be familiar with this'. Horrible customer service. At least spend time in understanding the pets and providing the service. Customers are ready to pay premium but these businesses don't even understand the potential.
