I am extremely unhappy with the service provided here. I took my baby for grooming, and the groomers were highly unprofessional and very aggressive. When you work with pets, it is absolutely necessary to be calm, gentle, and patient, but sadly none of these qualities were shown. The way they handled my pet was completely unacceptable. They were pulling, holding tightly, and forcefully cutting his hair, and even the grooming itself was done very poorly. My baby was so scared that even after coming home, the fear did not go away. I will never take my pet here again for grooming, and I will strongly suggest others to avoid this place. Please understand that pets are not just animals for us — they are more than children to us. Do not put your pets through pain by bringing them here. Always choose professional groomers who can groom pets calmly, gently, and with care

Best place to grab all your furry friend's needs. I love to visit here and pick up food and treats for my cat. There are few more services as well like grooming and all that too at a reasonable price. Must visit place.

⚠️🚨WORST SERVICE!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Pet Basket. Despite clearly informing them in advance that my cat is very scared and anxious, they kept him in an environment with four guard dogs. This alone was enough to make the stay stressful and completely unsuitable for him. I genuinely don’t understand how this decision was considered acceptable for a timid cat. On top of that, I had specifically requested regular eye cleaning, as my cat often gets teary eyes. This was completely ignored. Basic care instructions given beforehand were not followed at all. Food was another major letdown. I had clearly asked them to give my cat grain-zero food, but instead they fed him Whiskas, which he does not like and therefore did not eat properly. This shows a total lack of attention to detail and concern for the pet’s well-being. When you leave your pet at a hostel, you’re trusting them with a family member. Unfortunately, that trust was broken here. Poor communication, ignored instructions, and a stressful environment made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend Pet Basket, especially if your pet is sensitive or requires specific care. Very disappointed.

Please check the dog or cat food bags before taking it home It contains mites If in case you mix the food with the old food you have at home. They will just give a different bag and won’t even take the responsibly of the food which you had with you before. You have to bare charges of the old food loss Suggesting to the shop person who handles it. You should take care of the storage department And keep the food in dry place

I’ve been a regular customer of Pet Basket since the store started, purchasing pet food almost every 3 months. Recently, I faced an issue with a Pedigree Pro Puppy dog food pack, but the Pet Basket staff handled it very professionally. They were polite, responsive, and replaced the pack within an hour with a new sealed one. Really appreciate their quick action and customer support. Mistakes can happen, but how they resolve them matters—and Pet Basket did a great job. Highly recommended
