Why don't the government hospitals have an injection or Dr open outside medical all injection need to purchase from outside then what is use of government hospital . If such a part is done in a government hospital then why do you need 20 Rs also for giving injection ??? Only one staff member is there no dr inside hospital no checking only doing injection
