We got our precious baby which is a toy Pom from premium pet house. They breed excellent and healthy quality dogs and deliver them with at most care. Special thanks to Ms Rohini who has been guiding us all through as we are first time puppy parent. We are very grateful to her.

I got a lovely golden retriever puppy from Premium Pet House after visiting their facility. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the dogs are kept in good conditions. They explained puppy care to me and my husband very carefully, and have been available on phone for even the smallest doubt. It was great to chat with Shivling Sir and the rest of the staff there who are all clearly dog lovers. Great experience overall, would recommend to anyone.

Long review alert: I bought a female Golden Retriever dog from Premium Pet house. I already have a dog at home whom I adopted, but Hazel(as we call her now) was coming over as a gift. Before driving from Mumbai to Pune, I had several conversations to get her home. As I had heard horror stories about breeders, I discussed the authenticity of the breed, her parents, vaccination, overall health etc. Roma diligently answered all my questions. On March 31st, I drove down to Pune to get Hazel home. Mr Shivling(owner) took us to the kennel from the shop, where I saw Hazel in the cage. I then took her to the vet ( I had done many reference checks, and someone suggested a vet in the same area PCMC), but Mr Shivling recommended some other vet, who was "supposedly" the best one in the area. I trusted him and took Hazel for the first set of examinations in all good faith. There was a prominent infection on her tail and hind paw, with hair loss and visible skin. The vet said it was a slight infection and would go in a few days. Her skin was flaky, and I was told it was due to dandruff. Once back to the shop and before taking her home, I asked him again to let me know of any ailments so that I could take care of her well, but nothing was mentioned. Her hair kept falling off during the entire trip and flew like cotton in the car. She started vomiting and loosies the next day. I had to rush her to the vet, where pandora's box opened up. My vet told me, 1.Hazel is a fragile baby. 2.Her fair fall and the skin patch on her tail and hind leg were not because of dandruff but a fungal infection that might have started a few weeks ago. 3.There were issues with the strength in her hind legs. 4.She was heavily bloated with gastric patches and infection in the intestines. (we did an X-ray) 5.To make her look chubby, she was fed a lot of rice, which caused bloating. I was devastated at the state of this puppy and shared my woes with Mr. Shivling. He gave me the following suggestions & reasons; 1.He was unaware of the puppy's condition as he was travelling 2.He agreed that he didn't mention the fungal infection accurately 3.He had some money issues, so he wanted to "sell" the puppy at the soonest 4.He offered to get her back, treat and then send her back 5.He offered to "exchange" the puppy 5.Refund the entire amount( I wasn't involved here) From April 1st till date April 11th, 1.Hazel sees the vet every day & I'm paying through my nose. 2.She is on multiple medications and injectables. 3.Her bloating continues, thanks to all the rice fed to her Final suggestion: Please be very careful when taking a puppy from the breeder. We do not bring home a dog but a life, which the breeders fail to understand.
