The staff are very friendly here. They respect there costomers and talk politely. The dogs,cats,ett are well trained and we'll maintained. I came here from Mumbai and it was completely worth it. Pathetic guy!! I bought a pom puppy from him and he advised to give him Royal canin. The puppy was on some other feed and this guy lied to us. It's very disheartening that such people exist who don't care about the life of a small pup. The puppy is currently fighting for his life. He lied to show he was giving premium food to the pup and when asked him the next day he says,- puppy is on Cerelac too.. such scamsters!! He would also ask you to do a 5 star rating after the purchase
