They are giving us so good service about grooming and they are so good kind of person for the dogs thanks for to groom our Max 🤩

Saddened to share this update. While the initial few months were good and the pups really enjoyed with the groomers, one developed a bad skin rash (allergy to something being used for bath) all over his back. Then I realised they are giving bath with just foam or mixed shampoo despite me paying them extra (and beyond their quoted rate) to use Hydra shampoo properly. (Usually groomers use 100 ml hydra + 500 ml water; I paid for extra so they get a good bath.) Mayur even said I don't need to pay extra; that they will use the shampoo properly (this was the very first bath in April 2025) but I still paid extra every month even when me skiied some baths. So for the last groom, I shampooed the dogs with my shampoo in front of them and all the black sticky muck cleared up. When they gave the second bath to my boy, it was literally just some foam. Also, they only do a loofah bath - only rub loofah on fur coat. No actual gentle scrubbing. The shampoo doesn't even reach or clean the skin. (I didn't realise this sooner because I was giving them a bath myself in between their grooming sessions). When I asked why they're not using sufficient shampoo despite me paying extra for it, mayur came up with every excuse possible and double priced the shampoo saying hydra is 3.8 l for 5800/- and I showed him the price and corrected him immediately (bought on Amazon that same day for Rs. 5000/5l which is equal to Rs. 100 per 100 ml). Then he said I was paying less. I told him I was paying him for he asked for + Rs. 400/- extra per month to cover 4 baths ( 2 dogs x 2 baths each/month). Even if you want to increase your prices every six months, you have to communicate it. You can't just take my extra money and neglect my dogs. Not to mention that both of my pups slipped in their last grooming session due to negligence (mind you, one is an HD dog running on 12 years) and his reply to that was simply to provide something for the dogs to stand on. The dogs are bathed either in the patio or the garden with rough times underneath, but they left them unattended in between. When I first asked him about the shampoo, he said they will completely stop our grooming. Then he finally insisted that I have to pay him his quoted price + now provide all the shampoo and everything required. Despite this, kept me hanging for the next appointment for days then told effectively told me, 'don't call me, I will call you.' This proves yet again that you can't trust anyone blindly when it comes to animals. People will cheat you in every way they can. For folks out there, please recheck all your shampoos properly. It's not worth getting skin infections. I have bought a new trimmer and hydraulic bath tub for us - the money I am saving will make up for the big purchase in a couple of years. Baths are super easy and quick with the bath tub - no straining your back wither.
