I recently visited Heads Up for Tails for my cat’s grooming and haircut, and I had a wonderful experience. Took my baby for her birthday shopping and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very sweet with her and even wished her a happy birthday. They even helped her pick her toy. The best part, this time she got to make the decision for the toy she wanted. Also I personally appreciate the fact that they raise indies and train them. These indies are the ambassadors of the shop. The younger one was so happy to meet my pet and even tried taking her for a walk which was super adorable. (Please dont leave your negative opinions here.. this interaction was facilitated only after my approval as my dog and I both love our indie friends). Thankyou soooooo much for giving us this beautiful memory.
Highly recommend. Though prices are on higher side but it's worth the money for quality they give. My rescued dog got spa treatment and it was very nice and satisfying. Store is well equipped and lot of cute pet products. Staffs are also very well mannered and welcoming. The best thing I loved that owner has adopted a stray dog Max rather than buying from breeder. Such a nice gesture. Max is really cute. Will visit again.
Always fun to visit this HUFT outlet. Have always been very fond of their shops but more so this one bcoz my doggo gets to decide which toy she wants by holding it in her mouth. If she doesnt drop it then thats the one. They are also very kind to street dogs which shows in the fact that they've adopted a street dog. Love the vibe of this place. Both the owner and staff are very polite and the range of products are great.
